Registration forms will not be processed without full payment. Forms submitted with copies of checks will not be processed. The ACS cannot accept government or other payment orders.
All fees must be paid in U.S. currency, drawn on a U.S. bank. Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are also accepted for payment. Current AACR and ACS members will receive a reduced registration rate; however, you must include your member ID number on the registration form to obtain the member rate. Online registrations will be confirmed by email.

Attendee registration includes admission to all lecture sessions, poster sessions, the opening reception on February 8, conference continental breakfasts on February 9, 10 and 11, coffee breaks, and refreshments during the poster sessions on February 9 and 10.

You must be a member of the AACR or ACS prior to registering in order to receive the reduced member rate for this conference. The spouse/guest fee is only for meals and social activities listed above. It does NOT admit individuals to lecture sessions.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and received by the ACS Meetings Department by January 30, 2009. Refund requests may be sent by fax to (202) 872-8299 or by email to oss@acs.org. There will be a $125 administrative fee for processing cancellations. No refunds will be granted after January 30, 2009.
